14-Day Return Window

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover all return costs

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.
